Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to brandonravegolf.com, operated by Brandon Rave (ABN 77 401 900 489), a sole trader providing golf coaching services based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (we, us, our, Brandon).

This website is managed on Brandon's behalf by Interlink AI (Hayden Clive Mitchell trading as Interlink AI, ABN 60 460 171 068), which acts as a data processor. Brandon Rave is the data controller for all personal information collected through this site.

We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). If you have any privacy questions or requests, contact us at brave@pgamember.org.au.

2. Information we collect

We collect personal information in the following ways:

Free swing assessment form

When you submit the free assessment form on our home page, we collect your full name, email address, mobile phone number, and your current handicap range. This information is used to contact you with a coaching response and to follow up on your inquiry.

Member accounts

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and (if using email and password) a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive only the name and email address your Google account shares with us. We also maintain authentication records and activity logs (for example, when you log in or submit a swing review).

Swing review submissions

When you submit a swing review, we collect video and photo footage of your golf swing, any notes or context you provide, and your handicap or coaching goals. See Section 3 for full details of how this footage is handled.

Payment information

Payment processing through this website is pending activation. When it is available, payment details will be processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our systems. We will only retain transaction records (amount, date, service purchased).

Analytics (with consent)

With your consent, we use PostHog to collect anonymous analytics data: pages visited, session duration, device type and browser type. PostHog does not load until you accept analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

3. Swing review footage

The swing review feature is the most sensitive thing this site handles. This section explains exactly what happens to your footage.

What is collected

When you submit a swing review, you upload video or photo files of your golf swing. You may also provide written notes, your handicap, and specific aspects of your game you would like reviewed.

Where it is stored

Your footage is uploaded directly to Supabase (supabase.com), a cloud database and storage service with data centres in the United States and European Union. Files are stored in a private storage bucket accessible only to authorised coaching staff. Your footage is not visible to other customers or the public.

Who can view it

Only Brandon Rave and any coaching staff he explicitly authorises can access your footage, solely for the purpose of preparing and delivering your swing review and for ongoing coaching reference.

How long it is kept

Swing review footage is retained for two years from the date of submission. This gives Brandon time to follow up on your progress and refer back to your original submission if needed. After two years, footage is permanently deleted.

How to request deletion

To request early deletion of your swing review footage, email brave@pgamember.org.au with your name and the approximate date of your submission. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

4. How we use your information

  • To deliver coaching services and respond to your coaching requests
  • To operate and manage your member account
  • To send service communications such as coaching feedback and booking confirmations
